About The Titusville Mall

Titusville Mall (formerly SearsTown Mall), built in 1966 is a 290,000 Sq ft community mall situated on a 22 acre lot facing HWY 1, it is located just off the coastline of the Indian River Lagoon, at 3550 S. Washington Avenue in Titusville, Florida. Titusville is the fastest growing city in USA mainly due to the Space Program.

Presently the mall has tenants such as Titusville Indoor Flea Market, Titusville Antique Mall, Valentino’s Pizza, Double Portion, Titusville Jazz & Ballet, as well as a small businesses like Naked Pineapple LLC, ECCI, Diverse Fashion, & Sugabear Hotdogs & more. We are always looking for new businesses such as retail, educational, medical, sports, and general offices.Currently the Titusville Mall is currently being transformed into Titusville Resort and Destination, LLC – compromised of an hotel, apartment complex, commercial retail space, as well as a few drive thru / sit down restaurants. Current construction started late 2023, and is currently in the process of demoing a 15 acre plot of land on the east side of the property, to make way for phase 1 of the development portion of TitusvilleResortandDestination.com

Some of the former tenants include, Alicia’s Hair Salon, Onyxx Teas, New Beginnings, AVIS Budget, Diverse Fashions, , Hae Yon Alterations, Kathy’s Quilting Studio, Little Ninjas Gym, Teas & More, Tea World, Tips & Toes, United National Travel Agency.

Over the prior years, the mall had an event center – accomodating to weddings, conferences, functions, baby showers, and meetings. The Titusville Cinema, over the years has seen its fair share of traffic coming into the mall as well, fortunately due to the times, all good things have to retire.

The mall is across the Indian River facing Kennedy Space center and Cape Canaveral. Companies like Space X, Blue Origin, Northrop Grumman, Moon Express and Boeing are employing 50,000 plus employees prior to 2020 which will help the economy both in Titusville and Merritt Island.

2015

Blue Origin selects East Central Florida for it’s orbital launch vehicle program U S Airforce selects Northrop Grumman to build the next long- range strike bomber. Apace x returns to flight of a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral with focus on reusable rocket.

2016

One Web Satellites joint partnership with Air Bus Defense Corp.

Blue Origin breaks ground on 750,000 Sq ft of manufacturing facility close to Titusville to produce it’s New Glenn Rockets.
Moon Express starts on infrastructure improvements to launch spacecraft propulsion and test operation facility for moon express.

2017

Fed Ex, a preferred provider of logistics, transportation and cargo at the shuttle landing facility. First commercial landing of 757 on shittle landing facility.

OneWeb Satellites breaks ground on it’s manufacturing facility to produce up to 15 satellites per week.. The first batch of 10 statelites ch of 10 will be launched in 2018. Airforce X-37B operated by Boing lands at Space Florida Shuttle landing facilities returning from a mission that lasted more than 620 days in space.

RUAG Space USA opens it’s production facility in Titusville to create satellite components to support Customer OneWeb Satelites. Orbit ATK launches it’s Minotaur 4 ricket from space Florida’s launch Complex 46. the first launch from the pad since 1999 and since the state of florida began operating lc-46.

2018

Orion Capsule Ascent Abort Mission

Space x will launch falcon rockets from Cape Canaveral that will journey around the moon. Boeing commercial crew astronauts (and eventually private citizens) to fly to space aboard boeing’s cst-100. starliner capsule atop a ula atlas v rocket city of Titusville will be the destination for space travel, shopping and multiple jobs. As of the end of 2017, there are interviews of at least 15,000 job opening in the space industry
